30 Day Full Refund 

If you receive your Heels then decide you don't like it, or for another reason change your mind about a purchase, we understand! You may return it to us for a full refund. 

Simply email us for a RA# and the shipping address for returns, and send your item back within 30 days. You are only responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

Returns

We want to ensure that all customers leave the site with a smiling face. We may not know that you are, but we can promise to do our part in making that possible all the time. That should include dealing with issues like the following or anything related to items to be returned. 

If you receive your Heels and then decide you don't like it, or for another reason change your mind about a purchase, we understand! You may return it to us for a full refund. 

Simply email us for a RA# and the shipping address for returns, and send your item back within 30 days. You are only responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Their may be a restocking fee charge on your return. 

Damaged or Defective Returns

We ask that you inspect your received product as soon as you receive the item. Damaged goods must be refused at the time of delivery. If the product is deemed damaged or defective after delivery, we kindly ask that you use your account’s Help Desk feature to make the request for replacement with the attached photos. As a policy, all requests for damages are required to be reported within 2 days or 48 hours for them to be considered as Damaged or Defective Returns.

Merchandise Adjustment or Non-Defective Returns

After receipt of the product, it is possible for slight pattern irregularities to be present on the product. Such products may be replaced; the product will need to returned to returned to the manufacturer within 30 days upon receipt . In such cases, the customer is responsible for the freight charges associated with the return. We kindly ask that you use your account’s Help Desk feature to fill out a return application. Once we have processed your return application, we will communicate with you regarding the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

After an order is placed, shipment is processed 12 hours following the receipt of the order. This is the allotted time available to clients in case they need to cancel or modify their order. Heelshub cannot accept the cancellation of an order when the order has been processed for shipment. The company does not accept cancelled orders when the item is already shipped. We kindly ask that you use your account’s Help Desk feature to cancel or modify your order. Please ensure to verify the information as cancellations after the shipment has been processed results in the item being a regular returned order.

Unsuccessful Delivery

The staff at heelshub aims to ensure ordered items are delivered to clients on time. Heelshub has established numerous agreements with major shipping companies to guarantee three attempts in delivering your merchandise. In cases when the shipping company is not able to complete the delivery of the product after these three attempts, the item will be returned to the shipping location. In the case where delivery was not successful, the client is responsible for charges associated to shipping. In this case, the free shipping offer does not hold. Please communicate with our customer service team should you need assistance with delivery in order to avoid unsuccessful shipment
